Well, I think I jinxed us by assuming we'd be next to get our referral. Our social worker's pretty sure that our baby won't be in the next match group. Maybe in April. We should be hearing something soon either way - "Here's your new baby...come and get her!" or "Maybe you'll hear something next month." GRRRR!
For those of you who don't know what a "referral" is, it's the actual file of the child, with any and all pertinant information about him or her. Right now, we don't have anything: No photo, no referral, no travel plans. Just a lot of hope and frustration. Any and all finger crossing, praying, hopeful thinking is greatly appreciated!!
